When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company, phone number (if you give one), industry, revenue range and your message. We also keep a dated record of the consent boxes you checked, the exact consent wording you saw, and the technical details of the submission (IP address, browser, page).
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list from this form.
We only call or text you about your inquiry if you gave a phone number. We only use automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice if you checked the optional box that allows it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing growth@rulehedge.com.
Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and delivered to our business email inbox. Access is limited to the people who answer inquiries.
As long as needed to answer you and to keep the consent record, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it longer by law.

This form is not for medical information. Please do not send patient details. For healthcare clients, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before we handle any protected health information.
